**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Provide information on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Handle cash transactions and ensure the register balances at the end of the shift

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Leadership skills to guide and support team members
