**How you will spend your days**:
- Validate clients’ requirements against existing and customized functionality.
- Develop support documentation for training.
- Provide template-based solutions.
- Develop Power Automate forms and workflows.
- Develop interfaces, and enhancements to existing solutions where applicable.
- Analyze, design, and deliver SharePoint solutions based primarily in out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality.
**What you bring**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or completion of a Post-secondary Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Professional team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business, clients, and IT professionals at all levels.
- Ability to facilitate client facing sessions and demos.
- Coordination skills in executing projects in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, energetic and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve.
- Identify opportunities for system improvement within Applications being supported.
- Expert in C#, SQL,.Net, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), Power Automate.
- Additional must-have requirements. You have a clean criminal background check and are bondable.
