About Me:
I am a full time Realtor who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to my clients. I am seeking a creative and experienced Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis, specializing in creating engaging Instagram Reels for my real estate platform.
Job Summary:
I am looking for a skilled content creator to develop and implement a Reels strategy that showcases my listings, agents, and brand story. As a Real Estate Content Creator (Instagram Reels Specialist), you'll be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative Reels that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and attract new leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a content calendar and create 3-5 Reels per week
- Conceptualize, script, and produce high-quality Reels showcasing our listings, agents, and brand story
- Edit and caption Reels using Instagram's built-in features and third-party apps
- Collaborate with our team to ensure Reels align with our marketing strategy and brand voice
- Analyze Reels performance using Instagram Insights and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with Instagram's latest features and best practices
**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in content creation, marketing, or social media
- Portfolio showcasing your Instagram Reels or video content creation skills
- Familiarity with real estate industry and local market (desired but not required)
- Excellent creative, writing, and editing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Instagram, its features, and third-party apps (e.g., InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush)
Nice to Have:

- Experience with graphic design, animation, or motion graphics
- Knowledge of SEO optimization and content marketing strategies
- Familiarity with other social media platforms and content creation tools

- Hourly rate ($25)
- Flexible part-time schedule (approx. 10-15 hours/week)
