**Position Overview**:We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our growing team as an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for an organized and responsible individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and result-driven environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our Operations team with various administrative and clerical tasks. The role includes basic reception duties as well as daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. **Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative tasks - filing, reporting, data entry and copying.
- New hire set up, including parking passes preparation, computer distribution, stationary, etc.
- Reconcile and submit expense and other reports as assigned by Operations team..
- Maintain office operational services, including coffee/water service, etc. including setting up company activities, manage office supply orders.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Experience And Skill Set**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, clients, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Fully bilingual: English and French
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven competency in the operation of key office software and productivity tools such as: MS Office suite of tools.
