Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Virtually, greet and Check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns. Mostly in text conversations.
- Provide information about hotel-like amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Upsell hotel rooms, upgrades, and additional services to maximize revenue.
- Perform data entry tasks to update guest information and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable (e.g., Spanish, French, German)
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and reservation management
- Sales or upselling experience is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
