- 35 hours per week
**WORK SCHEDULE**:
Monday to Friday
(This role is hybrid at this time - working a minimum of 2 days in office.)
SUMMARY:

Achev is looking for an Administrative Assistant for Preparing Women and Workplaces for Success project which shall test pre-employment and development skills for immigrant and racialized women in Ontario, BC, and Saskatchewan. This project will also work with Employers to improve access to employment and retention in the workplace, and to improve workplace inclusivity.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide enthusiastic and courteous service to clients, employers, and other stakeholders
manner
- Register clients for cohorts and organize client questionnaires and evaluations as well assist with workshop set-up
- Assist with outreach and marketing plan implementation and execution, including job
fairs or other events
- Assist clients by providing general information and referral to other community services
- Contribute to team cohesiveness and team building
- Input and update client information in the database
- Assist in generating statistical reports on a regular basis
- Perform a variety of clerical duties including photocopying, confidential record keeping,
and document distribution in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Order and keep an inventory of office supplies
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant or equivalent experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written including editing skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Canva,
Survey Monkey, and Adobe Acrobat, is required.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle various competing demands, while being committed to the highest level of client service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with clients, team members, employers, and community partners.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule depending on program demands; evenings, weekends, or split shifts as necessary
