**Role Summary**

Provide administrative support to the manufacturing, supply chain and plant accounting. Prepare training packages for manufacturing operations and track training and competency for manufacturing operators. Position will be located in the plant office with the potential for a hybrid work schedule once training is complete.

**Plant Administrator**
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Updating work instructions.
- Production order output for Endless Rod and PCP
- Raw Material and coil consumption on production orders
- Payroll - timecard entry clean-up.
- Plant safety record management - including crane logbooks, safety meetings, toolbox minutes.
- MTRs for incoming products (scanned and saved)
- Rotors - after chroming CFC (scanned and saved and data entry)
- Production order cleanup, close, follow up with buyers on PO receipts.
- Received not invoiced reconciliations.
- Scheduling quality, manufacturing and maintenance root cause analysis investigations and track action compliance
- Pump truck manifest/transfer orders
- Coding Bazz freight invoices
- Export declaration filing - online track location of pin ends in production orders ( what stage are they at and where are they)
- Transfer orders/ in transit inventory movements in NAV
- Coordinating office supplies
- Maintain operator vacation scheduling and crew schedules.
- Reporting (ie manufacturing labour, min-max)
- Create notices to communicate to plant operators and maintain the system to record compliance for all communications.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience within a manufacturing production environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Transferable industrial or construction experience including use of hand tools, mobile equipment, and cranes.
- Advanced mechanical abilities
- Prior experience in manufacturing or handling continuous rod considered an asset
- Mandatory pre-offer and ongoing employment alcohol and drug screening (safety-sensitive position)

**Your Working Conditions and Physical Requirements**:

- Required to stand for extended periods of time
- Occasionally required to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
- May be required to do repetitive tasks
- Regular exposure to elevated noise levels working in shop and yard environments
- Required to work indoors and outdoors
