The VP of Creator Growth reports to SVP of Global Creator Network, and will directly support the CEO on strategic initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee BBTV’s Creator Growth department, including leading and developing a high-performing team focused on collaborating with the largest influencers in the creator economy
- Lead and manage the coordination of 4 specialist teams - Creator Management team, Creator Monetization team, Community & Audience team, and Creator Value-Adds & Analytics team to create opportunities for creators
- Lead and manage the growth of 4 content verticals for Domestic Markets - Gaming, Sports, Entertainment, and Kids, Lifestyle, & Beauty
- Implement and oversee a data-focused approach to creator management (watch time, average video duration, video uploads, gross margin and revenue, RPMs) to monitor and improve creator content performance
- Lead and manage the Creator Management team, the primary point of contact for our VIP creators. Ensure the team builds deep relationships with VIP creators by coordinating across the team to communicate BBTV’s value to creators. Coordinate with Network Value-Adds & Analytics team to create reporting to manage & monitor creator content performance and develop strategies to grow creators from low to medium to high performers.
- Lead and manage the Creator Monetization team and support the proactive reaching out and monetization of our creators to brands, upselling BBTV’s monetization solutions, and coordinating with other BBTV Revenue units (Ad Sales, MPP, Content Management, and Interactive) to generate incremental revenue streams for our creators
- Lead and manage the Creator Community & Audience team and support the creation of community-building and audience development strategies for creators across all major platforms.
- Lead and manage the Creator Network Value-Adds & Analytics team and support the acquisition of new network value-adds and support the development of new data insights to monitor and improve creator content performance and monitor the adoption & effectiveness of our network value-adds
- Oversee, manage and evolve department KPIs pertaining to the Creator Management team, Monetization team, Community & Audience team, and Value-Adds & Analytics
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve creator service, engagement & sentiment, and ultimately creator retention
- Oversee and evolve KPIs pertaining to network churn, retention, and viewership consumption in collaboration with Leadership and Finance
- Oversee, manage and evolve BBTV’s Creator Satisfaction Ratings (CSAT) across the creator network
- Ensure the Creator Management teams across both Domestic and International Markets are supported in servicing our portfolio of top creators
- Oversee the development of strategic mapping for the creator journey, value-add implementation, and monetization expansion
- Collaborate with other BBTV Revenue units (Ad Sales, MPP, Content Management, and Interactive), R&D, Marketing, and Finance departments to improve and optimize processes pertaining to creator growth, service, and support
- Provide strategic leadership and direction on multidisciplinary projects/initiatives pertaining to creator value expansion
- Be a voice and advocate for creator growth at the senior management level, and across the company

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing
- 5+ years experience in leading and managing a team
- Expert understanding of influencer/creator economy with deep knowledge and first-hand experience leveraging industry-leading tools that help identify and activate creators for marketing campaigns
- Ability to coach individual contributors and leaders with proven success
- Deep experience in driving media performance outcomes through strategy and execution
- Significant experience with digital media platforms and ad metrics
- Demonstrated experience of working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
