Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resident Manager to oversee the operations and management of our 20-story high rise residential property. The Resident Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the property, providing excellent customer service to residents, and maintaining a high standard of living for all residents.

**Building Operator B and Power Engineer Class 4 preferred.**

All certificates must be kept up to date during employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Minor Snow and Landscaping duties
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and ensuring proper documentation, and elevator management
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions, and maintenance requests
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and repairs
- Prepare monthly work reports and present to the Board of Directors
- Patience and Good Communication
- Knowledge of Computer Software including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of programming fobs and garage door openers
- Stay up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations
- Successful applicant must live on site

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $42,003.74-$58,806.94 per year
