Mesures d’adaptation en matière d’évaluation

**Tâches**:
Rejoignez une équipe dynamique et grandissante de Parcs Canada qui se consacre à la création de parcs nationaux et de réserves de parc national. En tant que membre de la Direction de l’établissement des aires protégées, l’agent/agente, Communications et consultations, Création de parcs nationaux, coordonne les besoins en matière de communication et de consultation pour les projets de création de parcs nationaux.

Aperçu des fonctions
- Fournir des conseils stratégiques à l’intention des cadres supérieurs et des gestionnaires de projet qui s’occupent des projets de création de parcs nationaux précis.
- Diriger l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre des stratégies, des plans et des produits afin d’améliorer l’efficacité de la communication, de la mobilisation et de la consultation de divers auditoires, y compris les partenaires autochtones, les intervenants, les organisations non gouvernementales et le public, et de faciliter leur participation tout au long du processus de création d’un parc national.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires autochtones, les intervenants, l’équipe des communications stratégiques et d’autres ordres de gouvernement pour coordonner et amplifier les efforts de communication.

Parcs Canada - cet organisme fédéral est chargé de protéger et de mettre en valeur les ressources naturelles et culturelles exceptionnelles du Canada en administrant un réseau de parcs nationaux, d’aires marines nationales de conservation et de lieux historiques nationaux disséminés dans toutes les régions du pays.

EXPÉRIENCE

EX1: Expérience appréciable* de l’élaboration et de l’exécution de stratégies, de plans et de produits liés aux communications et aux consultations (p. ex. rapports, communiqués de presse, infocapsules, allocutions, ententes, notes d’information, médias sociaux, contenu Internet ou intranet ou documents de référence).

EX2: Expérience de la prestation de conseils aux gestionnaires en ce qui concerne les approches, les plans et les stratégies de communication efficaces/les approches, les plans et les stratégies de consultation efficaces.
- Par « expérience appréciable », on entend une expérience normalement acquise après au moins deux années dans des fonctions pertinentes.
