Responsible for performing daily and clerical such as:

- Accounting entry and reconciliation of accounts
- Answer and forward all incoming calls appropriately
- Backup other team members as required
- Setup boardrooms for events, catering management (ordering food)
- On-boarding off boarding
- Courier management (contacting courier for pick up and deliveries)
- Document validation / document management
- Other duties as assigned

Duties may also include but are not limited to filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, stocking supplies and other similar tasks. Verify accuracy of documents with the use of computer programs. Open mail and prepare for scanning operations. Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner. Required: High School diploma or its equivalent with0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Strong organizational skills a must. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Reports to a supervisor or manager.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
