Reporting to the Manager of Organizational Development (OD), the Associate Consultant position builds strong trust-based relationships and effectively collaborates with diverse leaders, teams, and partners to develop, implement and evaluate innovative programs that enable Covenant Health to attract, engage, develop and retain talented people. The Associate Consultant will assist with: Completing organizational needs assessments and environmental scans, reviewing people analytics and synthesizing best practice research to inform program design and development. Creating program supports including processes, procedures, templates and other tools and resources as required. Implementing and/or delivering programs to high standards and consistent with Covenant Health's Mission, Values & Ethical guidelines. Designing measures of success and completing program evaluation to inform recommendations for future refinement. Creating a program sustainment plan. This position is non-unionized.

**Required Qualifications**:
Undergraduate degree in an organizational development related field such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development required. Equivalent combinations of education or experience will be considered. 3-4 years experience providing organizational development services and/or related human resource services in complex organizations, preferably healthcare related. Solid business acumen and ability to think strategically. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners. Excellent customer service orientation and strong ability to develop partnerships. Ability to objectively balance client and organizational needs. Proven critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Proven ability to balance multiple projects and diverse workload. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS SharePoint. Ability to travel as required and work flexible hours. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency conducting independent research required. Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills and interpersonal relationship skills required.

Personality Dimensions Trainer Certification with experience in delivery. Coaching Out of the Box Coaching 5/5/5 Skills Trainer Certification. Experience with creating surveys or evaluation tools.
