**What you will do**
As an Associate Sales Representative for Acute Care, you will help the Eastern Canada region achieve assigned quota by taking a consultative and team approach to support our customers, clinical education, and related demonstration of all products and programs. These products/programs include: ProCuity beds with our connected Solutions, IsoTour and IsoAir, Prime Stretchers, Altrix, Mistral Air, ProCare Services and Flex Financial Services. Associate Sales Account Managers partner with Account Manager colleagues in Eastern Canada to focus on the development of customer relationships to create greater loyalty and accelerate growth.
- You are responsible for following extensive product training, to be able to tailor promotional messages based upon knowledge of the customer, advice on appropriate product selection, answer customer questions about product functionality and distinguish Sage’s products from competitors.
- You will assist in hospital surveys as well as post-sale implementation and training including ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
- You focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
- You will assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
- You understand and adhere to all facility protocols and pertinent OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluation.
- As an Associate Sales Representative, you are driven to solve real problems and make healthcare better for our customers and the patients they serve.
**What you need**
- Bachelor’s or Post Secondary Degree, or equivalent work experience required
- 1+ year of professional experience.
- Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills.
- Must possess valid driver license and a good driving record.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
- At times, may be required to move, set up and demonstrate products weighing up to 50 pounds - reach, push, or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management.
