Sap/oracle Project Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for leading the transition of an organization's existing Oracle systems to a new SAP environment.
- Understanding the current Oracle systems and processes and assessing the impact of migration to SAP
- Developing a detailed project plan for the migration, including timeline, budget, and resource requirements
- Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and facilitating resolution of conflicts
- Building and managing project teams, including vendors, internal IT staff, and business users
- Overseeing the migration process, ensuring that data is accurately transferred, and ensuring the smooth transition of processes to the new SAP environment
- Managing project budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring the project stays within financial constraints
- Conducting post-migration review to document lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in both SAP and Oracle systems
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in leading complex migration projects
- Experience in integrating SAP systems with other enterprise systems.
- Project Management designation PMP (asset)
- Experience in Migration from Oracle to SAP

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Responsable de diriger la transition des systèmes Oracle existants d'une organisation vers un nouvel environnement SAP.
- Comprendre les systèmes et processus Oracle actuels et évaluer l'impact de la migration vers SAP
- Développer un plan de projet détaillé pour la migration, y compris le calendrier, le budget et les besoins en ressources
- Communiquer l'état du projet, les risques et les problèmes aux parties prenantes et faciliter la résolution des conflits
- Construire et gérer des équipes de projet, y compris des fournisseurs, du personnel informatique interne et des utilisateurs professionnels
- Superviser le processus de migration, s'assurer que les données sont transférées avec précision et assurer la transition en douceur des processus vers le nouvel environnement SAP
- Gérer le budget du projet, y compris le suivi des dépenses et s'assurer que le projet respecte les contraintes financières
- Effectuer un examen post-migration pour documenter les leçons apprises et identifier les domaines à améliorer.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5+ années d'expérience en tant que chef de projet
- Expérience dans les systèmes SAP et Oracle
- Solide compréhension des méthodologies de gestion de projet
- Solides compétences en leadership, en communication et en organisation.
- Expérience dans la conduite de projets de migration complexes
- Expérience dans l'intégration de systèmes SAP avec d'autres systèmes d'entreprise.
- Titre en gestion de projet PMP (atout)
- Expérience en migration d'Oracle vers SAP
