**Responsibilities**:
**Key Deliverables**
- Work closely with customer management and brand teams to product accurate and timely depletion forecasts.
- Work closely with 3p warehouse to monitor and maintain inventory levels and metrics.
- Create inventory reports for local market managers as well as senior management.
- Receive and process purchase orders from LCB customers for product moving out of AB, BC, and NS warehouses. Timely follow up on orders to ensure shipping dates are kept will also be required.
- Work with regional sales teams to field incoming questions from LCB customers regarding inbound product.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Core Comptetencies**
- ** Supply Chain, Warehousing Knowledge**:Demonstrated understanding of the flow of goods into the various markets in Canada. Strong management of 3rd party warehouses used in BC and AB, as well as leadership to PMA contacts at CW with respect to inventory ordering and freight forwarding.
- **Forecasting and Modelling**:Demonstrated understanding of the flow of goods into the various markets in Canada. Strong management of 3rd party warehouses used in BC and AB, as well as leadership to PMA contacts at CW with respect to inventory ordering and freight forwarding.
- **Working Capital (Inventory) management**:Regular review of inventory turns, and aging to ensure appropriate holdings are in place, and that working capital goals are being met.
- **Commercial Acumen, Awareness, and Influence**:Strong understanding of both PMA as a whole, and the beverage alcohol industry as it relates to PMA Finance. Ability to influence others when making decisions on inventory positions

Qualifications:

- 3 Years+ Experience in operations or inventory accounting.
- Business Degree from a recognized University with a focus in finance and/or accounting.
- Previous Canadian Beverage Alcohol Experience an asset.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Operations acumen and inventory management knowledge
- Canadian Beverage Alcohol Industry and LCB distribution model understanding.
- Excellent communications and organization skills
- Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Power Point, Word, Access, Outlook)
- Experience with Planful considered an asset.
- Ability to quickly learn a business process and identify/recommend improvements.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to identify and manage various stakeholder priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective time management skills.

**Physical Demands**
- Sedentary work.
- Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
