**Analyst General/Technical Coordination**

**Job Summary**:
Our client in Oakville, ON is looking for an Analyst General/Technical Coordination. This is a contract position.

**What You Will Do**:
(Membre de l'équipe d'assistance à la garantie, aide les concessionnaires avec des questions et des clarifications sur la garantie par courriel, examine et valide les réclamations de garantie sélectionnées et valide les demandes d'approbation préalables. **Basics**:

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal. (Excellent service à la clientèle, interpersonnel.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.)
- Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot using established procedures and policies as guidelines. (Aptitude avérée à analyser et à dépanner en utilisant les procédures et politiques établies comme lignes directrices.)
- Must speak, write fluently in french. (Doit parler, écrire couramment en français.)
- Automotive Dealership, Competitive Manufacturer or other repair shop experience an asset. (Concessionnaire automobile, fabricant concurrentiel ou autre expérience en atelier de réparation, un atout.)
- Licensed Technician - minimum High school diploma. (Technicien licencié - diplôme d'études secondaires minimum.)

**Preferred**:

- Warranty Administration/Dealership Service department experience. (Expérience dans l'administration de la garantie/le service après-vente chez le concessionnaire.)
- Dealership experience or other OEM an asset. (Expérience en concession ou autre manufacturier un atout.)
- Technical certification.(Certificat technique.)
