**Position Available: Process Equipment Operator - Full Time - Cavan, ON**

**Duties include**: Shipping and receiving, packaging, cleanup, processing of grain and feeds products, documentation of production and completion of HACCP records. Staff members will assist and train under the guidance of the shift Lead Operator.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated mechanical understanding.
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proven track record of reliability and safe work habits are a must.
- Must be physically capable of lifting 25kg repeatedly.
- Able to work at elevated heights as required.
- Steel toed boots are mandatory.
- Manufacturing experience an asset.
- Reliable attendance record
- Safety compliance is of utmost importance and all applicants must have a steadfast committment to plant safety at their location.
- Have a positive, steady and upbeat approach in day-to-day tasks.
- Contribute to an inclusive, motivating and appreciation centric environment for all coworkers

Reliable transportation is a must. Public transportation is not available.

Regular shifts are Monday to Friday with overtime available.

Applicants must be willing and able to work shift rotations.
