**Responsibilities**
- Administration of mortgages
- Assisting in the preparation of accurate financial statements
- Bank and credit cards reconciliations
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Assisting in the preparation of T4s, T5s, HST and other tax-related returns
- Assist with year-end closing
- Other finance-related duties as required
- General administration duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Experience with mortgage transactions
- Strong Knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting software is a must
- Experience performing full cycle accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel skills
- Experience with Dolphin (mortgage administration system) is an asset

**Skills**:

- Fast, accurate data entry skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

**Salary: 60,000 per year**

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Word: 1 year (required)
- Communication skills: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (required)
