**Key Responsibilities**
- Construct and assemble log homes according to architectural plans and specifications.
- Cut, shape, and fit logs using various tools and equipment.
- Ensure structural integrity and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients throughout the building process.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in log home construction or related carpentry work.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
