**A Day in the Life**
- New hire orientation
- work station set-up
- Managing suppliers/vendors (janitorial, office supplies, office equipment, tech support, etc.)
- Processing vendor, sub-consultant and independent contractor invoices
- Admin credit card expense processing
- Company vehicle administration (truck logs, driver's abstract, etc.)
- General office admin/front desk (greeting visitors etc.)

Project Accounting
- Project Set-up/Maintenance
- Billing
- Forecast updates
- Resource Planning/Forecasting

Document Control
- General document control support (transmittals, receiving and filing engineering documents)

**What You'll Bring to the Team**
- Business diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Previous experience in project administration in an engineering consulting environment but not required
- Experience with ERP system / Accounting System administration (BST, Deltek, Vision, SAP, etc.) would be an asset but not required
- Ability to work independently; a self-starter who is able to recognize and complete tasks required for making the overall office run more effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (interpersonal and written)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Organized with strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong time and project coordination skills
