We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all service operations, ensuring the efficient and profitable management of the service department. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and support staff to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining quality of work and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and customer interactions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve service processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and customer retention.
- Coordinate with parts and sales departments to ensure seamless service delivery and inventory management.
- Implement and maintain service department policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technical advancements, and training opportunities for staff development.
- Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a service management role, preferably within the RV, automotive, or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on employee development and motivation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Solid understanding of service operations, including scheduling, parts inventory, and warranty management.
- Proficient in using computer systems.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
