- **Lead Analyst, IT Security (IAM) - 6 Month Contract**_
**How does the role impact the organization?**
As a key member of the Identity and Access Management team, you are primarily responsible for maturing the IAM technical operations function and handling complex escalations from IAM analysts and Level 2 support resources. You will be expected to troubleshoot, analyze the root cause for issues with onboarding, offboarding, and transfer of system access for all associates across the firm, as well as execute solutions to fix any issues upon discovery. Your role will also be focused on working with Information Security, Digital Workplace, Governance Risk and Compliance as well as US enterprise IAM teams to align enterprise IAM standards, uphold security best practices, lead user access review campaigns, and advise on control gap remediation solutions. As a secondary responsibility, you will assist internal Financial Advisors and external customers with Client Access system enquiries as necessary. As part of the IT Service Management delivery team, you will also process all requests within the expected service target. A security-minded individual with a high level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, superior customer service and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong analytical skills will be key to your success in this role.
**What will your role be responsible for?**
- Primary on the most complex or escalated issues and provides direction and mentorship to team members.
- Liaise with both Canadian and US IAM teams to align enterprise IAM standards globally and troubleshoot issues.
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the intricacies, requirements, and ever-changing landscape of the Raymond James network.
- Help manage all user, privileged, and system accounts through the documented account lifecycle.
- Approach every task from a security-minded and risk-based perspective.
- Become a trusted contact for associates and clients to address access and technical related questions.
- Lead access certification campaigns and assist with access cleanup initiatives.
- Write and/or review system specifications, including output requirements, flow charts and technical diagrams.
- Ensure segregation of duty is always followed.
- Provide reports on access-related inquiries as required.
- Be a champion for automation and explore efficiencies where possible.
- Maintain and document changes to processes and procedures as required.
- Integrate domain knowledge with an understanding of financial services standards and practices.
- Applies specialized business knowledge and technical skills to significant deliverables and projects that involve multiple IT departments, business units and have enterprise impact.

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience or combination of education, training and experience.
- Eight (8) years of direct identity access management experience highly preferred.
- Experience within a highly regulated environment like Financial Services highly preferred.
- Minimum intermediate level knowledge in the architecture and data logic of Azure AD/Entra ID, as well as regular on-prem AD, and Sailpoint IIQ
- User Access Certification Process (Attestation).
- Mining, defining, and creating roles for Role Based Access Control.
- Experience creating Segregation of Duty (SoD) policies.
- Life Cycle Management and provisioning using IAM-based software.
- Advanced Excel experience (Pivot tables, macros knowledge, vlookups)
- Experience with implementing and troubleshooting SAML-based SSO solutions.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Exchange Online along with understanding of workflows.
- Intermediate script writing ability or higher
- Analytical, logical and critical thinking skills
- Strong ability to take initiative, ownership, accountability and always observe confidentiality.
- May occasionally work a non-standard shift including nights and/or weekends and/or have on-call responsibilities.
