Job Description: ERP Applications Leader

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing a hybrid team of highly motivated, proactive, results-focused, and dedicated experts.
- Overseeing the resolution of all ERP support issues and prioritizing the work for the support team.
- Building and growing their team’s strengths.
- Leading User-Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles as needed.
- Providing expertise troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
- Understanding end-to-end business processes, and finding opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of professional experience with Oracle EBS (Epicor or Infor FourthShift experience a plus)
- 7+ years of managing large teams in a global support environment
- 5+ years of experience supporting the Oracle Financials suite of modules. Including a deep knowledge of, and significant hands-on experience with Oracle AP, AR, GL, FA, Payments and Cash Management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong collaborative skills to work across multiple business and IT groups in multiple locations
- Ability to understand complex business problems and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business communities
- A good understanding of the ERP lifecycle, database principles, integration, and support services.
- Work experience in a manufacturing organization is preferred.
