**What You’ll be Doing**:

- Supervise vendors performing work onsite (building technicians, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, pest control, snow removal and landscaping, electrical, security, building and equipment maintenance/inspections/repairs, life/fire safety inspections/repairs)
- Primary point of contact for building maintenance/repair issues ensuring appropriate steps taken to trouble shoot and remedy
- Supervise security guard services and building security/safety equipment (camera, access control, intrusion alarm and fire alarm systems) maintenance and repairs
- Assign responsibilities and manage performance. Manage vendor relationship, ensuring KPI/SLAs are met
- Resolve day to day issues/escalations
- Onboarding of new vendors. Provide safety orientation
- Systems administration for facilities management - asset management
- Onboard new assets and ensure assets follow maintenance schedule. Coordinate the decommission/disposal of assets
- Manage asset life cycle and provide input in capital projects, provide costing and recommendations on projects to pursue
- Administrator of Electric Vehicle charging stations and primary contact with charging services vendor
- Other duties as assigned

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience in facilities management, building operations, project management, or related experience
- Five years of work-related experience
- High proficiency with building automations systems
- Project/construction management
- Ability to read blueprints
- Mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize various requests from different employees at the same time
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Proactive problem solver
