The Recruiter Coordinator is a crucial member of the Recruitment team, offering essential support and effectively handling multiple tasks within designated timeframes and deadlines. We are looking for a collaborative individual who performs well in dynamic and fast-paced settings. **Title**: Recruitment Coordinator
**Salary**: $57,888.00-$72,360.00- $79,596.00 (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Temporary, 6 months Term
- with possiblity of extension
**Hours**: 37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: Anywhere in BC - hybrid 50% to the local office.

**About the role**
The First Nations-led Primary Care Initiative (FNPCI) is an integral part of our community-driven and Nation-based approach to holistic care. As part of the FNPCI, we are developing First Nations-led primary care centres in rural and urban locations across BC. The centres will provide access to culturally safe and team-based primary health care services for First Nations people and their families. Our aim is for clients to feel safe, welcomed, valued, respected and heard when they access care services at one of our centres. This role was created to specifically support this ground-breaking initiative.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- A degree related to human resources, plus 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in recruitment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation and/or working towards CPHR is an asset
- In depth knowledge of the concepts, practices, methods and techniques pertaining to the human resources field, with emphasis on recruitment and marketing
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written and presentation communication skills for a diverse population.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of key issues and opportunities for British Columbia First Nations
- Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision, mínimal direction and frequent interruptions
- Displays initiative, tact, diplomacy, good judgement and use discretion with highly confidential and sensitive applicant and employee information

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
