**A Typical Day for Outside Parts Sales**:

- Cold call new prospects, visit designated territory, maintain CRM and deliver products
- Promote, sell, secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that suit their needs
- Utilize CRM Salesforce to maximize market opportunities, manage customer relationships, generate and track revenues, prospecting potential customers and business growth
- Computer use to process parts and supplies, maintain records, prepare orders, post receipts, sales contracts, stock adjustments and credit requests
- Implement workflow procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for the department

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in sales or knowledge of transportation industry
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills to determine appropriate actions
- Customer service focused with strong communication skills to service and maintain customer relations including customer concerns
- Results driven
- Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, detailed environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adequate computer skills
- Post Secondary Education in Business, Sales or Marketing is an asset
- Apprentice to Journeyman Parts Technician ticket is an asset
- Class 5 driver's license
