L'équipe chargée des principaux comptes d'Hydro Ottawa offre des programmes uniques et du soutien personnalisé afin de faire vivre une expérience client augmentée à nos clients commerciaux et institutionnels. Le.a superviseur.e, Principaux comptes, est axé.e sur le rehaussement de l'expérience client, grâce à une stratégie axée sur le client qui propose plus de valeur aux détenteurs des principaux comptes d'Hydro Ottawa, et ce, tout en assurant une croissance durable pour Hydro Ottawa. Avec l'évolution des besoins des grandes entreprises et des institutions, Hydro Ottawa doit emboîter le pas pour répondre à ces besoins.
Le.a superviseur.e, Principaux comptes, est chargé.e de soutenir l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie en matière de principaux comptes d'Hydro Ottawa et de diriger une équipe qui est centrée sur les clients et résolue à être des conseiller.ère.s en efficacité énergétique dignes de confiance. Le.a superviseur.e, Principaux comptes, compile des renseignements sur la clientèle et de l'information commerciale agrégés afin d'éclairer les décisions commerciales et de cerner des produits émergents et les besoins en services. Le.a superviseur.e, Principaux comptes, est de plus chargé.e de mettre à profit les personnes ayant une profonde connaissance du secteur et des compétences exceptionnelles de telle sorte qu'elles soient perçues, tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe, comme des expert.e.s en la matière et assurer la liaison avec les principales parties prenantes afin d'élaborer des feuilles de route, programmes, analyses de rentabilité et solutions qui répondent aux besoins d'Hydro Ottawa et de ses clients.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Gérer, accompagner et épauler l'équipe chargée des principaux comptes; élaborer et fixer des priorités pour cette dernière; et mettre ses activités en adéquation avec la stratégie concernant les principaux comptes et les priorités commerciales;
Mener l'élaboration du plan des principaux comptes pour qu'il s'harmonise avec la vision, les stratégies, les facteurs de succès essentiels et les plans d'exploitation pour soutenir les objectifs opérationnels et les besoins des clients, dans le contexte de la transition énergétique;
Établir, surveiller et maintenir des procédés opérationnels pertinents pour assurer le soutien cohérent, opportun et professionnel des détenteurs des principaux comptes;
Établir et gérer les relations avec les clients concernant les principaux comptes, y compris les comptes attribués et les comptes stratégiques importants, et recueillir les idées et cerner les besoins des clients;
Utiliser les données et les tendances recueillies par l'équipe chargée des principaux comptes pour prédire, identifier et établir les domaines où les clients d'Hydro Ottawa modifient leurs besoins énergétiques dans le but de mener et de soutenir les initiatives commerciales destinées à l'élargir l'offre de programmes et de services;
Établir et maintenir des partenariats avec les principales parties prenantes externes, selon les directives figurant dans la stratégie en matière de principaux comptes et les priorités commerciales;
Être un.e défenseur.e. des intérêts du client auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes;
Établir des relations de travail avec un vaste éventail de parties prenantes internes issues de toutes les divisions afin de résoudre les problèmes des clients, et élaborer des solutions en fonction des besoins des clients et des tendances. Ceci peut impliquer la direction d'équipes interfonctionnelles sur des projets ou solutions en particulier, y compris l'élaboration d'analyses de rentabilité, les propositions, les plans de travail, les processus, etc.;
Élaborer des rapports et des paramètres des indicateurs de rendement clés et des réalisations par rapport aux plans;
