**Position Summary**
We are seeking an **Assistant Store Manager/Warehouse Lead**. This position plays a pivotal role in managing daily operations to support the Store Manager. This position is dedicated to efficient inventory management, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment. The Assistant Store Manager is passionate about delivering quality and is driven by a commitment to excellence.
**Inventory Management**:
- Oversee replenishment, cycle counts, and shipping/receiving operations.
- Maintain accurate and efficient stock management to optimize product availability.
**Safety and Maintenance**:
- Promote a safe and secure environment by overseeing the proper care and maintenance of company property.
- Ensure equipment functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
**Customer Experience**:
- Create a culture of continuous improvement to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Resolve customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.
**People Development**:
- Provide on-the-spot coaching, training, and feedback to enhance team skills.
- Support a positive work environment that embodies our company values.
**Store Targets and KPIs**:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor store performance, implementing strategies for improvement
**Visual Merchandising**:
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to create an attractive and engaging store layout.
- Enhance store performance and community connection with the support of the Home Office.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
