- The Global Equity Derivatives (GED) project delivery team within the TDS Data, Delivery and Innovation (DDI) group is responsible for establishing and expanding on business growth capabilities for the GED business in support of various regulatory, industry and business-driven initiatives. To deliver on this mandate, the team partners closely with stakeholder groups including Front Office, Technology, Operations, Capital Markets Risk Management (CMRM), Compliance, and Finance.
- The newly created role of Integration Delivery Lead will be focused on managing and delivering on integration requirements for the Cowen GED business in close partnership with the Integration Management Office (IMO).- Role Accountability:

- The main focus of the GED Integration Delivery Lead will be to manage the integration requirements and they would be accountable for:
- Creating & managing delivery roadmaps for tactical, interim and strategic implementation with take-out plans (where necessary).
- Partnering closely with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Capital Markets Risk Management (CMRM), Compliance, Finance and Tax on requirements elicitation, technology builds, coordinating / optimizing testing and BAU transitions.
- Communicating status and escalating risks/actions/decisions/issues arising from each integration streams to the program level.
- Being the single point of contact within DDI for all GED deliverables.

**Job Requirements**
- Leverage deep GED domain and delivery experience and well-established senior stakeholder relationships to influence partners towards tangible outcomes/solutions while ensuring appropriate level of transparency, reporting and escalation.
- Be a trusted partner who is considered a first point of contact on the Risk Infrastructure Delivery portfolio and roadmaps.
- Expertly tailor communications and presentations with the optimal level of detail and context to convey an impactful message or concise ask (including for VP, SVP level consumption).
- Demonstrate creativity and versatility when faced with challenges, constraints, ambiguity, or change in priorities.
- Provide leadership and inspiration to team members (including any direct and/or functional reports) to encourage knowledge sharing and approaches for championing transformational change.
- Structure and manage detailed end-to-end implementation plans, holding stakeholders accountable for progressing against established scope/timelines while providing timely and effective communication on project status, risks, issues, analyses/findings to senior-level audiences.
- Facilitate detailed requirements discussions across stakeholder groups and promote optimal testing plan/strategies.
- Formulate recommendations regarding delivery/implementation approach after consultation with key stakeholder groups on estimated effort, resource availability, cross-program dependencies and other implementation constraints.
- Proactively identify and manage cross-stakeholder group interdependencies.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCES
- In-depth knowledge of the GED business, with proven end-to-end delivery experience (10+ years)
- In-depth familiarity with market risk and valuation concepts, technology infrastructure, and/or VaR/stress/capital methodologies obtained through previous experience in a capital markets function (7-10+ years).
- Prior experience in organizational change management/delivery and project leadership.
- High-level of organizational awareness and demonstrated ability to effectively lead/manage projects with wide breadth of cross-stakeholder impacts.
- Superior organizational skills, including ability to employ systematic approach for identifying and tracking dependencies, ensuring proper resolution of outstanding items, and structuring efficient stakeholder meetings/discussions.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to formulate concise and impactful methods of communication.
- Advanced data manipulation skills - ability to investigate and derive findings/conclusions from large data sets.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Familiarity with Python and/or other data analytics tools an asset.

Education Requirements
- University degree or equivalent.
- CFA or FRM designation an asset.
