- Maintaining and adhering to Annual Budgets
- Scheduling
- Job postings
- Hiring / Terminating
- Understand and adhere to Union contract
- Maintaining employee files
- Circulate communication
- Ensure all protocols are followed
- Organize and conduct staff meeting and team building meetings
- Complete agency reports
- Work hand in hand with the Resource Coordinator
- Clear understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess a Class 5 Driver’s License
- Communication in English, both written and verbal
- French would be an asset but not necessary
- Must possess Adult Abuse Registry Check
- Must possess Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to maintain good positive working relations with others

Start date: March 2024
