Here's how a Construction Manager for our Winnipeg office contributes to our team:
**As a Construction Manager for our Winnipeg, Manitoba office you will contribute to our team by**:

- Provide overall leadership and support for several small projects or one very large project with high complexity
- Account for safety, budget, quality, schedule, and profitability performance
- Oversee project personnel operations and maintains excellent industry stakeholder relationships to create opportunities and new work
- Oversee the development and dissemination of the Project Execution Plan to the team
- Participate in leadership roles during district initiatives, project pursuits and preconstruction activities
- Identify risk areas, and develops and implements mitigation plans
- Other duties as assigned

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Postsecondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred.
- 2 years of estimating or related experience preferred.
- Superior relationship management with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Ability to monitor and review complex project budgets and schedules
- Effective verbal, written, presentation and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, project management and scheduling software, with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
- Excitement and the ability for potential relocation and temporary out of town project assignments.
