**Job Profile**:
As part of our Cosmo Pro’s Sales & Rentals team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional audio, video, lighting, staging, and backline service & solutions through B2B sales, retail sales, and equipment rentals at our Richmond Hill location. Our diverse clientele ranges from first-time performers, to businesses requiring installed AV solutions, and event planners and festival organizers needing sound, lighting and staging rentals.

**Key Deliverables**:

- **Achieve high customer satisfaction** - by delivering personalized, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout each customer’s journey
- **Achieve high customer loyalty** - by enthusiastically assisting customers, nurturing customer relationships, and continually building our reputation as a premier AV and Recording dealer.
- **Drive 5-Star Google Reviews**:

- by consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**Scope of Responsibility**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers, assisting them with the purchase and rental of audio, video, lighting, and backline equipment, and ensuring a consistent, excellent customer experience.
- **Equipment Management**: Organize, prep, and pack rental equipment at our offices and warehouses in Richmond Hill.
- **Advisory Role**: Serve as a trusted advisor by being knowledgeable about our products and services, continuously learning about new products and industry developments, and sharing insights with the team.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain professional conduct and appearance, foster a cooperative teamwork attitude, and adhere to safe working procedures and industry practices.
- **Training and Development**: As part of our team, you will regularly participate in training and development opportunities with key vendors and partners to enhance your equipment knowledge and skill development, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.

**Qualifications**
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of audio systems basics, including microphones, mixers, speaker systems, etc.
- Interpersonal Skills: Superior interpersonal and customer relations skills, with a positive attitude.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate situations and solve problems independently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Customer Service Orientation: Passion for working with people and helping make their vision a reality.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Dynamics, and RentalPoint is an asset.
- Experience: Ideally, one year or more in a customer service role, experience operating standard PA audio equipment, and experience playing a musical instrument.
