Le gestionnaire de processus est responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et de l'amélioration des processus de planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement au sein du Centre d'excellence en planification au Canada. Le Centre d'excellence en planification est propriétaire du processus de planification de bout en bout d'Agropur, de la demande à la distribution, en passant par l'approvisionnement et la production et les besoins en matériel.

D'une part, le gestionnaire de processus conçoit et met en œuvre les processus de planification de l'état futur pour son champ d'activité fonctionnel afin de parvenir à la normalisation et à l'harmonisation entre les régions et les catégories de produits, avec le soutien de l'équipe de direction.

D'autre part, il se concentre sur l'amélioration, la formation, le coaching et le soutien de la communauté de planification, tout en veillant à ce que les processus respectent les normes. Il est propriétaire de la norme des processus de base.

Le gestionnaire de processus joue également un rôle important dans le développement de la culture d'amélioration continue d'Agropur, en s'appuyant sur le système d'exploitation d'Agropur.

Responsabilités et fonctions:

- Responsable de la conception du processus de planification de l'état futur et de sa mise en œuvre en collaboration avec les principaux intervenants de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (usines, centres de distribution, S&OP et TI).
- Responsable de l'harmonisation et de la normalisation du processus de planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement dans les régions et les catégories et de l'assurance du respect du processus.
- Responsable de l'évaluation et de l'analyse du processus de planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, des séquences, du flux de travail, des mesures et des performances afin d'identifier et de mettre en œuvre des améliorations.
- Développer un plan d'action efficace et opportun pour la création/amélioration des processus inter fonctionnels, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la mise en œuvre de la conception, le suivi et la maintenance.
- Développer du matériel de formation et superviser le programme de formation des membres de l'équipe pour améliorer les pratiques de planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Analyser et surveiller la production dans le cadre de nouvelles méthodes, en faisant régulièrement le point avec la direction sur l'impact et les résultats des changements.
- Travailler avec la direction pour identifier les nouvelles possibilités d'amélioration des processus afin de passer à l'état futur des processus en conformité avec la mise en œuvre du système.
- Examiner et mettre à jour les procédures et les documents commerciaux en fonction des exigences du projet.
- Promouvoir et soutenir la culture d'amélioration continue d'Agropur.
- Contribuer à l'effort d'équipe en obtenant des résultats connexes, au besoin.
- Soutenir les opérations (usines, centres de distribution et S&OP) en assurant une résolution rapide des incidents.
- Fournir de bons outils analytiques pour surveiller les opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (planification et exécution) et les initiatives de retour sur investissement.
- Gérer les escalades et les projets technologiques avec les partenaires informatiques internes et externes.
- Participer aux phases de conception et de mise en œuvre des projets
- Développer et soutenir la communauté de planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Exigences:

- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en chaîne d'approvisionnement, en opérations ou en ingénierie.
- Plus de 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le domaine de la planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, dans l'industrie ou en tant que consultant.
- Expérience avérée dans la conduite de projets d'amélioration des processus (à l'aide du six sigma - DMAIC) en coordination avec des équipes diverses.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques pour analyser les documents, les données, les flux de travail et les processus.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et avec des fonctions pluridisciplinaires
- Organisé avec de fortes compétences en gestion du temps
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale, capacité à établir des relations de travail avec diverses parties prenantes fonctionnelles et à être un facilitateur.
- Certifications Six Sigma et Supply Chain
- Expérience des outils de Business Intelligence tels que Power BI ou Tableau
- Expérience avec SAP IBP ou une solution de planification avancée similaire.
- Expérience de la mise en œuvre de SAP et de la gestion du changement, un plus
