**The role we are offering you**:
As part of the Special Projects Process and Compliance team, your role will drive global process definition, standardization and improvement across the source-to-pay process. With a scope that covers processes in: Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Operations, and Supplier Management, this role is critical to the success of a Global Procurement and Supply Management delivery.

The person will need to show strong collaboration and engage with CAE sites globally to help drive agile process delivery. Our objective is to make process compliance blend into a positive user experience. Are you ready to:

- Work with other process owners to ensure full integration & alignment of the Procurement and Supply Management process as part of the overall Business Process suite
- Manage, define, and map source-to-pay processes to be used globally (Civil and Defence)
- Continuously challenge status-quo and drive process improvement projects
- Ensuring compliance & governance to process, providing metrics around compliance & remediation actions (i.e. review process, UEx, scope, training & comms)
- Organize workshops with stakeholders to collect inputs and supporting in driving process governance and adherence
- Understand complexities, and drive improvements to professionalize our source-to-pay operations globally through the Civil and Defence businesses
- Work closely with the digitization team to define business requirements and drive the digital transformation and evolution
- Proactively scout for industry best practices and know-how, propose business cases for justification and implementation to continuously drive process excellence
- Formulate actionable recommendations based on data and facts, using technologies such as process mining whenever possible
- Establish consistent Procurement ways of working across the Sourcing to Pay process, clearly identifying handshakes and handovers
- Post-secondary education in procurement, supply chain operations or experience within and procurement and supply chain organization
- 3 to 5 years of experience in process management with a strong understanding of the source-to-pay process
- Excellent communications, influence and analytical skills
- Fluent in French and English, oral and written
- Strong project management and strategic thinking in operational execution
