**The Role**:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator role ensures that quality standards and regulatory requirements for training, licences and calibrated tools are being met in accordance with internal policies and government legislations. This position is responsible for overseeing documentation, tracking license expiration and ensuring compliance of the calibrated tools in accordance with the MCM and MPM. Additionally, the position will also support audits and inspections.

**What you will do**:

- Establish and maintain a database for training requirements.
- Track Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) Licenses’ expiry dates.
- Maintain Technical Library ensuring that publications are current and up to date.
- Initiate subscription, renewals, and purchase orders.
- Maintain password vault to access online publications.
- Oversee that Tools & Equipment Calibrations are current ensuring that the tracking system is updated to reflect the status of each tool.
- Assist in carrying out Random Aircraft inspections during maintenance and review of paperwork for completeness.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

**What you bring**:

- Post Secondary Education in an aviation-related course.
- Previous 5 years of maintenance-related experience in the aviation industry.
- Quality control courses and/or aviation tool management experience.
- An aircraft maintenance license will be strongly preferred.
- Organized and pragmatic individual with the ability to follow procedures and manuals.
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, listening, verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to leverage internal systems and databases to conduct work.
- Knowledge of Q-Pulse and/or similar computer tracking systems will be considered an asset.
- Capacity to learn quickly, with professional ethics and commitment to excellence at work.

**Hours of Work**:
Monday to Friday 8h/day
