We are a local Real Estate team with deep roots in the Chilliwack community. Administrative experience in a professional office will definitely be an asset but we are also looking for someone with the attitude and willingness to learn the skills needed. Some training will be provided.

Based in beautiful Chilliwack, BC, we have amazing relationships within the community which has resulted in our client base continually growing.

Other than Real Estate, We are also involved in Development, Rentals, AirBnb, and Farming.

Our Ideal applicant would have a drive to learn about each Real Estate industry as it presents itself. The position would be a very well rounded role.and would include both in and out of office work.

**Tasks**
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines - make checklists
- Schedule and confirm appointments via Touchbase - add information into calendars
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Maintain computerized information filing system
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Create social media content on canva - Post & manage social media
- Mail out solicitations: letters to expired listings. postcards, newsletters etc
- Manage client relations: pick up & Send birthday cards, pick up coffee, flowers, etc
- Writing listing descriptions
- Manage Airbnb: bookings, pricing, hottub check & balance chemicals, dispose of garbage, coordinate cleaners & parking permits
- pick up/drop off keys, install & remove lockboxes & signs - put sold stickers on
- Book & meet with photographers, stagers etc at listings if needs be

**Skills.**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher or similar Apple software
- Ability to organize daily tasks - use Drop box & Sky Slope
- Discernment/good eye for design
- Optional: video filming/editing skills
- Self Starter - Ability to see work and take initiative**About you**

Schedule:

- 8 hours/ 40 hours per week on average - Monday - Friday, Occasionally some time on a Saturday or evening, No Sundays.
- Can be worked anytime between 8AM & 6PM
- In special circumstances work from home can be accommodated.
- Flexibility

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
