**About us**:
We are a dynamic team dedicated to both ethically sourcing and delivering pristine tasting water in a versatile and modern package. We are seeking an outgoing and reliable Customer Experience Representative. This role is responsible for making sure our clients are happy, and assisting with the smooth operation of the business.

**As a customer service representative, you will**:
- Act as a first point of contact for visitors to our facility
- Answer phone calls, and assist the caller, or forward when appropriate
- Manage delivery scheduling and liaise with delivery drivers throughout the day
- Utilize our CRM interface and manage customer accounts, orders, invoices and payments
- Assist with general office and administrative duties as assigned
**What will make you successful**:
- Excellent communication skills
- 1+ year of relevant professional office administration experience, and/or customer service experience, preferably from a product-oriented company
- A mature approach to customer service, detail oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise, and find solutions, within company policy guidelines
**More about this role**:
- Work schedule - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Full time hours -between 36 and 44 per week
- Permanent position following the completion of a probationary period
- Starting salary - $21.50 per hour
- Must be able to commute daily to our production facility in East York
