Are you enthusiastic about logistics, operations, procurement, inventory management, and the complex dynamics of supply chain? Elmer’s Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Supply Chain team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain management and contribute to real-world projects.

In This Role You Will
- Support Supply Chain Operations: Assist in daily operations including inventory management, procurement, and order fulfillment processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret supply chain data to help identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and presentations on supply chain metrics and performance.
- Process Improvement: Participate in projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the supply chain.
- Coordination: Work with various departments such as logistics, production, and sales to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Documentation: Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities.
- Customer Service: Assist with handling inquiries and resolving issues related to supply chain operations.

We’re Looking For
- Education: Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team goals.
