Service Appointment Coordinator
Job Summary: As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for managing service appointments and ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service will be instrumental in delivering a smooth and efficient service experience for our valued customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently handle inbound calls, scheduling service appointments for our customers while accommodating their preferences and availability.
Proactive Follow-up: Initiate outbound calls to follow up on appointments and proactively make new service appointments, ensuring our customers' needs are met and their vehicles are well-maintained.
Walk-in Customers: Greet walk-in customers warmly, assist them with making service appointments, and address general service inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to coordinate and optimize appointment schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer demands.
Qualifications:
Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate with and support other team members as required, contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment.
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in computer operations to efficiently manage appointment scheduling and communication.
Willingness to Learn: Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new skills and staying updated with the evolving industry trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interactions with customers and team members.
Customer-oriented: Self-motivated with a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and reliability to effectively manage appointment schedules and ensure smooth operations.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience with PBS (Preferred Booking Systems) is an asset but not mandatory.
Compensation: - The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00.
As the Service Appointment Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and top-notch service. Your commitment to organization, excellent customer service, and seamless appointment management will contribute to the overall success of our service department.
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
