We're seeking an experienced Dental Administrator to support our team and ensure smooth operations for our friendly downtown office

Employment type: Part-time or Full-Time. Flexible days and hours.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of dental reception experience
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Cleardent software preferred

**Responsibilities**:
As our Dental Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently
- Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating hygiene visits
- Liaising with insurance companies and processing predeterminations
- Maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff
