**Ground Technician for Building Envelope and Waterproofing Projects**

Company: Tatras Contracting Group Ltd.

Hourly Rate: $28 - $35/hour (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)

**Job Description**:
Are you passionate about construction and ensuring the integrity of building structures? Tatras Contracting Group is currently seeking a skilled Ground Technician to join our team for building envelope and waterproofing projects. As a Ground Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful completion of construction projects by providing essential on-site assistance and expertise.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

2. Material Handling: Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from the construction site as needed.

3. Assistance with Installation: Support the installation of building envelope and waterproofing materials under the guidance of experienced technicians.

5. Quality Assurance: Assist in conducting quality inspections to ensure that work meets industry standards and project specifications.

6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of building envelope systems and waterproofing techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions closely.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

- Monday to Friday
