As the Operations Manager for REVEL Realty Inc., Burlington, you will be the face of the office and main point of contact for all administrative duties & on-going key initiatives.

REVEL Realty is new and young to Burlington and with that, we are looking for someone who has a growth mindset, team first mentality, can adapt to change & addicted to the Real Estate industry.

**Office Basics**:

- Proficient on all boards (OMDREB, TREB, RAHB)
- Type offers and related offer/listing paperwork via Webforms when needed
- Booking and confirming appointments (when not on Broker Bay or Showing Time)
- Preform general office opening and closing procedures
- Greet clients and Realtors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer multi-line phone system in a pleasant manner
- General office duties including, but not limited to, ensuring office supplies are stocked, ensuring office is clean and tidy, photocopying, scanning, filing
- Answer multi-line phone system in a pleasant manner
- Direct/forward calls & send accurate messages to realtors and staff
- Receive courier packages, process & send outgoing mail & couriers for deliveries
- Research Canada post mail walks, via Canada Post

**Key Duties**:

- Assist Head Coaches with all clients and all administrative responsibilities
- Assist in branch growth through the recruitment of agents to achieve annual goals
- Assist with REVEL marketing initiatives, social media & occasional events
- Assist sales representatives & other staff as required
- Assist with planning monthly meetings and office events
- Assist in training other admins if required and necessary

*This will be a fluid role. The duties/responsibilities are expected to evolve as the company grows.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Real Estate admin/reception experience is a MUST
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google suite, Zoom, CRM systems
- Proficient with BrokerBay, Showing Time, Lone Wolf
- Ability to keep motivated and work independently & as part of a Team
- Excellent customer service skills, superior communication & computer skills
- Ability to learn quickly and stay focused
- Able to maintain confidential information
- Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
