**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve overall efficiency
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling
- Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve departmental goals

**Experience**
Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

Nice-to-have:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Certification in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $67,262.00-$73,379.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
