Centre Administrator

The Plasma Centre Administrator serves a local financial and administrative function for the Plasma Centre, and facilitate managing donors, employees and public relations. Centre Administrator provides the resources for ongoing operation of the Plasma Centre.
The Center Administrator oversees donor recruitment strategies, and disciplinary manages plasma center staff including reception, screening, donation, production, quality, finance, HR, and IT.
Maintains administrative aspects of operation compliance with available SOPs, current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP), and regulatory guidelines.

**Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Education in Public Relations, Business Administration, Health Sciences is an asset.
3. Prior supervisory experience is preferred
4. Effective communication, conflict management and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to write and present.
6. Problem solving, analytical and planning experience and skill.
7. Knowledge of national and international regulations for the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
8. Proficiency with commonly used computer softwares (Microsoft Office, project management softwares, ).
9. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the department’s creditability, operations and service.
10. Ability to formulate complex and comprehensive materials such as authoritative reports of major scope and impact, etc. and/or to make formal presentations.
11. Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
