**_ What you’ll be doing:_**

In your Residential Contractor Sales role**, **your primary objective will be to grow residential sales in Eastern Ontario, focusing on LG air conditioning & Aldes energy recovery equipment. We’re looking for a highly organized and conscientious individual to contribute to the success of our winning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a career in the construction industry. You will also:

- Promote, sell, and develop relationships for HVAC equipment to residential contractors, developers, and custom home builders in Eastern Ontario. Key products include:- LG residential air conditioning and air source heat pump systems
- Aldes energy recovery ventilators
- Plus, a wide range of Residential HVAC products
- Raise awareness about government grants available for energy efficiency upgrades and decarbonization solutions.
- Required to train and learn all technical aspects of product solutions offered.
- Understand the competitive landscape in your territory including manufacturers, dealers, utilities, and builders.

**_ Who you are:_**
- Working knowledge of building codes associated with residential HVAC systems
- HVAC knowledge and minimum 3+ years of sales experience is required
- Customer oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well both independently and within a team environment.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization skills and adherence to defined procedures.
- Bilingual would be considered an asset
- Must own a reliable vehicle
