Telecon is looking for an energetic and career minded individual to take on the role of Training Coordinator. This is a full-time position with Health Benefits and company match RRSP. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing and developing training and development programs aimed at growing the skills and abilities of our field staff. Develop and implement training programs for field staff.
Prepare and maintain training course materials.
Develop training programs for skill enhancement, performance improvement, career development, etc.
Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.
Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times.
Collaborate across departments to identify relevant training needs.
Develop creative and innovative approaches to present training programs.
Maintain training equipment and supplies in safe and good working conditions.
Reserve training rooms and set-up training equipment for conducting training programs.

Previous experience conducting training sessions in front of large groups.
Prior experience developing training programs.
Prior experience in the construction industry an asset.
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
Valid G license with clean driver’s abstract.
