**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Insights:

- Conduct thorough analysis of marketing data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.

2. Customer Segmentation:

- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns tailored to different customer segments.

3. Marketing Automation Management:

- Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation platforms.

4. Personalized Campaigns:

- Work closely with the Creative and Communications teams to develop personalized and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to deliver personalized content to specific audience segments.

5. Behavioral Analysis:

- Analyze customer behavior across various channels and touchpoints.
- Implement automated responses based on customer interactions to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

- Generate regular reports on key marketing performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing automation efforts and provide actionable insights.

7. A/B Testing:

- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize marketing elements and automation workflows.
- Use test results to refine and improve the overall effectiveness of marketing strategies.

8. Data Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data within the marketing automation system.
- Implement and maintain data quality standards to support effective marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
You Are:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing data analysis and marketing automation
- Experienced with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar marketing automation platform
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation & lead nurturing
- Data-driven, have strong analytic skills
- Strong debugging skills to identify deliverability issues and correct them
- Self-organized & detail-oriented
- Creative, passionate and problem-solving focused mind
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of hardscaping products or related industries is a plus.
- Have basic web development skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. is a plus
