**Cloud Operations Automation Specialist**

**Your Mission**

**Your Role & Main Responsibilities**
- Be comfortable with both on-premise VMware environments and cloud azure environments
- Measure and optimize the effectiveness of automation pipelines
- Build automation to support disaster recovery scenarios
- Build automation for the cloud and on premise (Azure/VMWARE)
- Collaboratively works within pipeline deployment environment with peer review practices and source-controlled code
- Participate and lead internal development best practices sharing
- Leverage Azure DevOps to build automation pipelines
- Remote work - no onsite requirement

**Your Qualifications**
- Soft skills_
- Excellent English and French written and verbal communication skills
- Be a continuous learner and a self starter
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize work
- Collaboratively works within pipeline deployment environment with peer review practices and source-controlled code
- Technical skills_
- Technical Degree (BAC/DEC) in a technology discipline and/or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in deploying, patching, managing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft/Linux Server environments, both virtual (VMware) and physical
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous deployment) pipeline and DevOps practices
- Advanced proficiency with Terraform
- Advanced proficiency with Ansible
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud & Azure DevOps
- Proficiency with VMware technologies
- Proficiency with SCM and peer review processes
- Controlled Goods and elevated security clearances may be a requirement
