**Position Summary**

The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for ensuring that customer requests are being met for pedestrian entrance service and preventive maintenance under a set total value.

**Essential Functions**
- Produce service and preventive maintenance quotes for clients.
- Follow up with clients to collect feedback on quote submissions.
- Assist the Service Coordinator, when needed, to maximize the schedule and dispatch technicians for preventive maintenance and service.
- Assist the Service Coordinator when needed, to track and collate dispatched service.
- Create purchase orders and send them to the Warehouse Coordinator to purchase necessary items.
- Create sales orders with an accurate list of items needed to complete the work order.
- Assist with sending client satisfaction surveys to customers.
- Assist with distributors/dealers orders and requests when necessary.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Self-starter who takes initiative.
- Ability to understand and interpret customer needs, while responding with a sense of urgency.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to use ERP software.

**Education, Training, Experience**
- Relevant post-secondary education or relevant combination of education or experience.
- 1 - 3 experience with technical inside sales or customer service.
