Pioneer Offroad Rentals is in search of a in-branch Customer Service Representative to join our Fort St.

John branch. You must be able to live and work in Canada legally.

**ABOUT THE JOB**:

Working with the Branch Manager and Service Manager the successful applicant will have good organization and customer service skills. The applicant should be able to follow the logistics of our products, (Argo’s, Quads, UTV’s, ATV’s and other equipment) through a mechanical shop and make sure it is ready for the customer. You will be required to deal with some inside sales responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner and be able to work cooperatively with the branch staff.

Prior industry knowledge in the ATV equipment or equipment rentals / sales is an asset but not required, but the right skill set and attitude is a must. The progressive management team is willing to train the right individual to ensure you can handle the products and any issues that may arise.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Accurately and timely opening and closing of rental contracts
- Work with the Service Manager assisting with parts ordering and inventory control
- Follow up on orders and provide delivery updates to customers
- Coordinate equipment movement/transfers between branches
- Meet with clients, help hook up trailers and load equipment as required
- Participate in on-call rotation program
- Other related duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A customer service orientation, with a positive, outgoing, and congenial attitude
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task during high volume call times
- Good communication skills, Verbal and Written
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Word and Excel
- Team player, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Possesses strong relationship skills, ability to hunt new opportunities, manage and up selling existing accounts.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail
- Experience operating ATV/UTV and Offroad type equipment
- A valid Driver’s License, clean abstract.

**Salary**: $17.65-$26.63 per hour
